Dr. Yoo is not only well versed in posture rehabilitation, but is also a specialist in personal fitness training services which include proper nutrition, supplementation and exercise. The focus is on changing ones habits in order to form a more healthy lifestyle. (As the photograph of Dr. Yoo speaks "I practice what I preach!".

Proper nutrition:
Each client is first given a detailed consultation where one's diet is evaluated. You will then be given a recommended eating program in tune with maintaining a healthy bodily condition

Proper supplementation:
In today's world of fast, overly processed, and nutrient deficient foods, we need to supplement our diet to meet our body's daily nutritional requirements. You will be given a recomendation of supplements depending on your personal needs.

Proper exercise:
The body functions optimally when it is stimulated by proper strength and aerobic activities. A detailed exercise program will be taylored to meey your body's needs.

RATES:

1) PERSONAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT & CONSULTATION: $50,000won

Includes:

1)Fitness program & diet design
2)Assessment of exercise & diet history, posture, blood pressure, pulse, target heart rate, body fat analysis, weight, height , etc..

2) PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
PRIVATE 1-1 SESSION:
Price per session:.......$50,000won
Price for 10 sessions:$450,000won

Includes:
Private session with trainer for 50 minutes. May include a combination of the following:

1)Cardiovascular training
2)Weight training
3)Core training
4)Flexibility training
